Pritzker Award of the year 2006 has been declared yesterday.
The $100,000 Pritzker Prize, the most prestigious award in architecture, was given yesterday to Paulo Mendes da Rocha, whose renown may now move beyond his native Brazil. He is a Brazilian architect.
